1. Purchases

Segments are priced per member ($0.25 phone-only, $0.50 with email unless stated otherwise). The price shown before payment is final. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Data delivery

Purchased segments are frozen at purchase time and can be re-downloaded without additional charge for as long as your account is active.

3. Credits

Credits are prepaid, do not expire and are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for using data in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and personal-data protection regulations.
